连云港市首例人感染猪链球菌病例流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的对连云港市首例人感染猪链球菌病例进行流行病学调查。方法用描述流行病学方法对病例进行流行病学调查。结果发现连云港市首例人感染猪链球菌病确诊病例,患者有明确生猪接触史,密切接触者中未发现猪链球菌病例。结论连云港市首例人感染猪链球菌病病例属感染个案,感染来源可能与接触生猪肉制品有关。OBJECTIVE To epidemiologically survey the first case infected with Streptococcus suis.METHODS Descriptive epidemiology was used for analysis of results of microbiological examination and biochemical tests.RESULTS The first case infected with Streptococcus suis in Lianyungang was confirmed.There was a history of exposure to pigs and raw pork products,no positive one was detected to be infected with Streptococcus suis among those closely contacted with the pigs.CONCLUSION The first case with Streptococcus suis in Lianyungang do not cause human-to-human transmission and the infection source might be raw pork products from the farmers market.
