高校学生易导致意外怀孕和性传播疾病的健康危险行为现况研究

摘　　要：目的了解高校学生易导致意外怀孕和性传播疾病的健康危险行为现状。方法随机抽取12所普通高等学校6844名在校学生,采用中国青少年健康相关行为问卷调查表进行调查。结果 18.4.0%学生坚决反对婚前性行为、67.2%表示可以接受和支持婚前性行为,22.9%对婚前性行为表示后悔,有77.71%对婚前性行为不后悔或者无所谓;对性传播疾病的了解女生较男生好,仅0.5%的男生、0.69%的女生能够正确回答性病种类;正确定义艾滋病及其传播途径的女生较男生多;对淋病、梅毒知晓很少,知道安全套和洁身自好是预防和避免性病传播的有效手段的男生占34.7%、54.3%,女生占56.2%、74.4%。12.96%发生过性行为,13.8%有多性伴性行为,3.98%采取避孕措施、2.39%导致意外怀孕,性行为发生率男生高于女生。结论高校学生健康危险行为状况不容乐观,大学生性观念开放,避孕节育相关知识知晓率低,性行为中意外妊娠发生比例高,加强对高校学生性观念、性行为的正确引导十分必要,但如何保障大学生隐秘,使其方便地获取避孕节育服务需进一步探讨。OBJECTIVE To study the current situation of the behavior of health risk of an unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease for undergraduates.METHODS 6 844 students from twelve universities were randomly selected as the sample and they were investigated according to the Chinese Teenagers’ Health-related Behaviors questionnaire survey.RESULTS 18.4% students of made a stand against the behavior of premarital sex,67.2% of students could accept and support the behavior of premarital sex,22.9% students expressed their regrets on the behavior of premarital sex and 77.71% students showed their indifference to the behavior of premarital sex and had no regrets about it.Only 0.5% male students and 0.69% females gave a right answer to the kind of Sexually Transmitted Disease（STD）.More females knew the route of AIDS transmission than males;Male and female students knew little about gonorrhea and syphilis.34.7% and 54.3% male students as well as 56.2% and 74.4% female students knew condom and sex abstinence were the effective ways of preventing and avoid venereal disease（VD）.12.96% students had sex behavior,13.8% had more than one sexual partner,and 3.98% took contraceptive measures,2.39% led to an unexpected pregnancy.Male undergraduates had the higher incidence of sex behavior than females.CONCLUSION The current situation of the behavior of health risk for undergraduates is unoptimistic;they are open-minded in general about sex,but know little about contraception which causes the high incidence of unwanted pregnancy.It’s necessary to lead them in a correct direction to sexual attitudes and behavior of the undergraduates,but we still need to make a further study on how to keep their secret and give them a safe and easy access to the contraceptive service.
