摘  要:目的通过调查南京市鼠、蚊、蝇和蜚蠊等病媒生物的发生动态,为病媒生物防治提供依据。方法鼠、蚊、蝇和蜚蠊分别采用夹夜法、诱蚊灯法、笼诱法和粘蟑纸法。结果小家鼠、淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊分别为优势种,德国小蠊构成比达97.5%;季节消长鼠、蚊、蝇基本呈单峰,蟑螂呈双峰。结论病媒生物的控制应根据其构成比、分布和季节消长情况进行重点控制和杀灭。OBJECTIVE To analyze population dynamic of vectors such as rats,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in Nanjing,we get information for main vectors control.METHODS The night trapping,lamp-trapping,cockroach paste,and cage-trapping methods were conducted to monitor the density of rats,mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches.RESULTS Mus musculus,culex pipiens pallens,musca domestica and blattella germanica were dominant species,and constituted ratio of blattella germanica reached 97.5%;monthly density dynamic of rats,mosquitoes and flies was single-peak curve,and monthly density dynamic of cockroaches was dual-peak curve.CONCLUSION It should strengthen monitoring and control of vectors by population dynamic analysis of main vectors.
