摘　　要：广州联合交易园区是广州市首批以”旧城镇、旧厂房、旧村庄”为主的”三旧”改造项目之一。园区前身可以追寻到上世纪50年代的广东农业机械厂，广东拖拉机厂，80年代的广东工业缝纫机厂，90年代的广州摩托车集团，体现着辉煌的50多年的中国近现代工业发展历史。In early 2010, Qu Lei and He Qiong accepted the commission for architectural planning and interior design for the Guangzhou Trade Park. Formerly an industrial park, the Trade Park had 88 industrial buildings that dated from the 1950s through the 1990s. The architectural challenge was to modernize building functions and adapt the layout for more convenient access without loosing a sense of Guangzhou’s deep manufacturing history. The innovative design included using copper and glass to transform a canteen into an Electronics Trade Arena, while multi-story factories became office space for the Guangzhou Trade Commission. In addition, a small, 1950s storage area became a museum.
