摘 要:目的:探讨无并发急性胰腺炎的体外循环心脏术后患者高淀粉酶血症的相关因素。方法:回顾性总结111例心脏外科术后患者,根据血清淀粉酶水平分为非高淀粉酶血症组(<450 U/L,n=54)和高淀粉酶血症组(≥450 U/L,n=57),两组均无死亡及腹部并发症,比较两组年龄、性别比例、体外循环时间、阻断循环时间、血肌酐水平、血乳酸水平、白细胞计数、氧合指数的差异,及血淀粉酶与各因素相关性分析。结果:两组患者的年龄、性别比例、体外循环时间、阻断循环时间、乳酸水平、白细胞计数及氧合指数无明显差异,血清肌酐水平有统计学差异(P<0.05),但相关性分析显示血淀粉酶与以上各因素无显著相关性包括肌酐水平。结论:体外循环心脏术后高淀粉酶血症与以上各因素无显著相关,可能与肌酐水平有伴随关系。AIM: To study the correlative factors of monary bypass in patients without acute pancreatitis. undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary hyperamylasemia after cardiac surgery with cardiopul- METHODS: A retrospective analysis of 111 patients bypass was carried out. Patients were divided into non- hyperamylasemia group ( 〈450 U/L, n =54) and hyperamylasemia group (≥450 U/L, n =57) according to the serum amylase level. There was no hospital mortality or postoperative abdominal complications in either group. Differences in ages, gender ratios, cardiopulmonary bypass time, blocking circulation time, seilam creatinine levels, lactic acid, white blood cell count and oxygen indexes were compared. Analysis was done of the correlation of amylase and other levels. RESULTS: Except for the significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) in serum creatinine, no other obvious differences were found in age, gender, cardiopulmonary bypass time, blocking circulation time, white blood cell count and oxygen indexes between groups. However, there was no significant correlation between amylase level and other levels including serum creatinine. CONCLUSION: Amylase level after cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass had no significant coJxelation with other factors but may have had a correlation with creatinine.
