冷冻联合激光加重组人干扰素α-2b软膏治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨液氮冷冻联合CO2激光加重组人干扰素α-2b软膏治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效和不良反应。方法多发性尖锐湿疣患者180例,女性。随机分为3组,每组各60例患者。治疗组采用液氮冷冻联合CO2激光加重组人干扰素α-2b软膏治疗;激光组单纯采用CO2激光治疗,输出功率13～15 W;冷冻组单纯采用液氮冷冻治疗。术后15 d,1、2、3和6个月随访,观察并记录不良反应。结果三组的治愈率分别为96.7%、73.3%和70.0%,治疗组和激光组比较、治疗组和冷冻组比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.05),激光组与冷冻组比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)结论液氮冷冻联合CO2激光加重组人干扰素α-2b软膏治疗尖锐湿疣可提高治愈率,有效降低复发率。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the combined therapy of cryotherapy, laser and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in treating condyloma acuminate. Methods Altogether 180 female patients with CA were randomly divided into three groups, each consisting of 60 patients. While the patients in the treatment group being given cryotherapy, laser therapy and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel, those in other two groups as the control groups were treated solely with CO2 laser or cryotherapy respectively. The treatment for each group lasted for a month. Results There was a significant difference in cure rate between the treatment group and the two control groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, whereas the difference between the two control groups was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）.Conclusions The combination of cryotherapy, laser and recombinant human interferonct-2b gel is safe in treating condyloma acumi- nate. It will raise the cure rate of condyloma acuminate while reducing the recurrence rate.
