摘　　要：目的研究半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3,Gal-3)的结构、功能、与脂类代谢关系及其在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的发生和进展中的表达情况。方法对相关文献进行综述分析。结果 Gal-3参与炎症反应及脂类代谢紊乱,调节细胞的生长、分化、黏附、凋亡和血管生成,参与动脉硬化闭塞症的发生和进展。结论 Gal-3与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的发生、进展和预后的相关性是肯定的,具有生物学标志性意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the structure and function of galectin-3, lipid metabo- lism disorders, and investigate the expression of galeetin-3 in the occurrence and progress of lower limb arteriosclerosis block disease. Methods Related articles were reviewed. Results Galectin-3 participates in inflammatory reaction and lipid metabolism disorders, regulates the cell growth, differentiation, adhesion, apoptosis, and angiogenesis, and palys a role in the occurrence and progress of arteriosclerosis obliterans. Conclusion Galectin-3 is correlation with the occurrence, progress, and the prognosis of arteriosclerosis obliterans.
