摘 要:为了筛选出高效稳定的叶点霉菌株用于鸭跖草的防治 ,测定了不同菌株的生物学特性和dsRNA ,结果表明 :不同地区的鸭跖草叶点霉的菌落颜色、生长速率和产孢特性及致病力存在明显的分化 ,它们的产孢特性和致病力与其地理分布有关。在所测试的 12个菌株中 ,含有dsRNA的 10个 ,不含有dsRNA的 2个 。The biological characters and dsRNA of various strains of Phyllosticta commelimecola were examined in order to select effective and stable strains to control Commelina communis There were significant differences in color, growth rate,sporulation and pathogencity of these Phyllosticta commelimecola strains obtained from Commelina communis in Northeast China. The sporulation and pathogencity of these strains were related with their geological distribution Among 12 examined isolates, 10 isolates contained dsRNA and 2 did not. The presence of dsRNA was not related with pathogencity and geological distribution of these strains
