诸葛菜的驯化栽培研究 I.栽培措施对诸葛菜菌核病发生的影响

摘　　要：将诸葛菜作为油料作物在成都地区进行了驯化栽培，就栽培措施对诸葛菜菌核病发生的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明，播种期对诸葛菜菌核病的发生影响极为显著，三个播期间诸葛菜菌核病病情指数差异均达极显著水平，播种越早，发病越严重。密度、施氮量对诸葛菜菌核病发病影响不显著，但播期、密度和施氮量之间的交互作用显著。Orychophragmus violaceus was domesticated and cultivated as an oil crop in Chengdu. Effects of sowing date, sowing density and nitrogen fertilizer on the occurrence of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum wer analyzed. According to our results, the effect of sowing date on the occurrence of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is highly significant, and those of sowing density and nitrogen fertitlizer are not. The earlier O. violaceus was sowed, the more serious the occurrence of S. sclerotiorum was. Interaction among sowing date, sowing density and fertilizer is significant.
