稳心颗粒对心力衰竭室性期前收缩的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价稳心颗粒治疗慢性心功能不全合并室性期前收缩的疗效。方法选取慢性心衰合并室性期前收缩患者178人,随机分为3组:倍他乐克组、稳心颗粒组及倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒组。3个月后动态心电图评估心律失常发生情况,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果所有患者均未失访,所有患者均未因不良反应而停药,3个月后复查动态心电图提示,3组治疗后室性期前收缩均明显减少,两药联合组室性期前收缩治疗有效率显著高于单药治疗组。结论稳心颗粒对心力衰竭合并室性期前收缩疗效明确,且具有良好的安全性,同时联合倍他乐克能明显减少室性期前收缩的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of wenxinkeli treatment in chronic heart failttre with ventricular premature beat. Methods 178 patients with chronic heart failure with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into the three groups, metoprolol group, wenxinkeli group and metoprolol combination with wenxinkeli group. Follow up three months. We also evaluate arrhythmia occurrence by holter. Results All patients were not lost to follow-up.All patients were not drug withdrawal because of adverse reaction All groups ventricular premature beat were significantly reduced after the treatment. Two drug treatment of ventricular premature joint group is significantly higher effective rate than one drug group. Conclusion The treatment with wenxinkeli for chronic heart failure patients ventricular premature beat could reduce the rate ofventricular premature beat and had good security. Wenxinkeli combined betaloc can obviously reduce the occurrence of ventricular premature beat.
