关于提升高职院校图书馆人力资源管理的研究

摘　　要：图书馆的人力资源管理是图书馆管理中的重要组成部分,是现代图书馆建设中的重点之一。高职院校图书馆中的人力资源管理存在很大的问题,如岗位设置、年龄与性别结构、知识结构等,针对这些普遍存在的问题本文提出了高职院校图书馆人力资源管理的几点对策和建议。The human resource management of the library is an important part of library management, is one of the focuses of modern library construction. There are problems in human resources management of higher vocational college library, such as the post setting, age and sex structure, the knowledge structure, to solve these problems this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to human resources management of higher vocational college library.
