摘　　要：本文基于Web Services技术,在需求分析和实际应用基础上,通过研究和设计肾内科随访管理信息系统的功能模块,改变过去随访治疗信息的手工采集模式,提高随访质量和效率,促进随访信息系统的应用。随访系统在肾内科的广泛应用可以对慢性肾病的过程管理、对疾病的控制和疗效分析以及临床科研应用等产生积极的作用,并可推广到其他临床科室。This paper based on the Web Services, and on the specific requirements analysis and practical ap- plication foundation. Designed and developed the nephrology management follow-up information system＇s function module to change the past manual mode of gathering the follow-up treatment information, in order to improve follow-up quality and efficiency and to promote the application of follow-up information system, so which can play a very positive impact on the man process, the control of the renal medical disease, the curative age elf cations.
