摘 要:采用Al-Ti-B(丝)、Al-Ti-B(锭)、Al-Ti-C三种细化剂分别对铝基体进行细化,对比了3种细化剂对铝基体的细化效果,研究了不同加入量的细化剂对铝基体细化效果和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当细化剂的加入量为3%时,Al-Ti-B(丝)的细化效果最好,而Al-Ti-B(锭)较Al-Ti-C的细化效果好;加入量对细化效果有一定影响,加入量为1%~10%时,随加入量的增加,细化后晶粒的尺寸先变小后变大,在此范围内有一个最佳加入量。铝基体的抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度随着晶粒细化剂加入量的增加而先逐渐提高后逐渐降低,当晶粒细化剂的加入量为8%左右时,铝基体的抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度分别达到最大值。Three kinds of grain refiner A1-Ti-B (wire), A1-Ti-B (ingot), AI-Ti-C were added to the aluminum for refining experiment respectively. Their refining effecting on aluminum was compared. The mechanical properties of the refined pure aluminum were studied with changing the amount of grain refiner. The results show that when the addition amount of grain refiner is 3%, the refinement effect of A1-Ti-B (wire) is best and the refinement effect of A1- Ti-B (ingot) is better than A1-Ti-C. The addition amount of grain refiner on the refining effect has certain influence. When the addition amount from 1% to 10 %, with the increase of the addition amount the size of the refined grain be- comes smaller at first and then larger. At the same time, there is an optimal addition amount range. With the addition amount of grain refiner increasing, the tensile strength, elongation and hardness of aluminum increases gradually first- ly and then decreased gradually. When the addition amount of grain refiner is about 8%, the tensile strength, elonga- tion and hardness of pure aluminum reached maximum value.
