摘　　要：总结了复合电镀固结技术的关键点及影响金刚石切割线制备的因素,详细介绍了国内外上砂方法与上砂槽的设计,并对其进行了综合评述,为金刚石切割线复合电镀制备工艺的优化与完善提供一定的参考和依据。The key point of composite electroplating fixed technology and influence factors of the preparation of diamond wire saw＇are summarized, the tacking-on sand method and the design of sand-embedding tank at home and a- broad are introduced in detail, and then a comprehensive evaluation is given. This paper may provide some reference and basis for improving and optimizing of composite electroplating fixed technology for diamond wire saw.
