摘 要:该文采用准稳态流化床化学气相沉积工艺制备人工心瓣热解炭材料,研究了热处理对材料微观结构和纳米压痕力学性能的影响。扫描电镜和偏光显微镜用于微观结构的观察分析,纳米压痕仪用于测量纳米硬度和弹性模量。结果表明:材料主要是由类球形颗粒状碳所组成,并由片层状碳紧密相连,碳颗粒间偶有闭合孔隙出现;经热处理后,材料的孔隙结构发生了较大变化;纳米压痕实验过程表现为完全的弹性形变,经热处理后,纳米硬度略有降低,弹性模量则没有明显变化。Artificial mechanical heart valve pyrocarbon was deposited using a quasi-steady-state fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition reactor. The influence of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical prop- erties of pyrocarbon coating was investigated by SEM, polarized light microscope and nano-indentation. The microstruetural investigations reveal that pyrocarbon coating was composed of globular features, between which there are occasionally pores, are welded by laminar carbons. Heat treatment has changed the pore structure. Nano-indentation tests show that the indentation behavior is purely elastic, the nanohardness decreases after heat treatment, on the other hand, heat treatment has a little effect on the elastic modulus.
