养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择78例泻药性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组采用养阴汤口服治疗,对照组采用便通胶囊口服治疗。观察两组临床症状体征积分的变化。结果治疗组显效率83.30%,对照组显效率57.89%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率78.95%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,在排便间隔时间、排便时间、粪便性状、排便费力等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);便意改善方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,在排便间隔时间、排便时间、粪便性状、排便费力情况、便意改善方面,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘具有较好治疗效果,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangyin decoction in the treatment of laxative constipation. Methods 78 patients with laxative constipation were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （38 cases）. The treatment group was treated by oral Yangyin decoction,and the con- trol group was given Tongbian capsule orally. The score of clinical symptoms and signs was observed. Results The significant efficiency rate of treatment group was 83.3% whereas 57. 89% in the control group,and there was sig- nificant difference （P〈0. 01） between two groups. The effective rate of treatment group was 95% whereas 78. 95% in the control group,and there was significant difference （P〈0.05） between two groups. After the treat- ment for 2 weeks, the defecation interval time, defecation time, feces, defecating strength of the treatment group were significantly improved as compared with those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The improvement of sensation to defecate in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment for 4 weeks, the defecation interval time, defecation time, feces, defecating strength,improvement of meaning in the treatment group were all improved as compared with those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yangyin decoction is an effective treatment of laxative constipation, worthy of clinical application.
