摘　　要：目的探讨哮喘儿童自我管理的情况及相关因素。方法选择在我院进行治疗的哮喘患儿337例为调查对象,采用自制的调查问卷对患儿的自我管理水平、可能的影响因素进行调查分析。结果年龄、主要照顾者的文化程度、病程、家族史、教养方式与患儿自我管理行为水平有关。结论哮喘患儿自我管理行为水平与多个因素相关。Objective To discuss influential factors of self management behavior level of asthmatic children. Methods Selected 337 asthmatic children were treated in our hospital as subjects. The self management behavior level was sur- veyed by self-made questionnaire and possible influential factors were analyzed. Results Age, main caregivers cultur- al level, course of disease; family history; parenting style were related to self management behavior level of asthmatic children. Conclusion Self management behavior level of asthmatic children is related to many influential factors.
