两种方法治疗需氧菌阴道炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片及氧氟沙星阴道泡腾片治疗需氧菌阴道炎(AV)的临床疗效。方法按AV标准进行诊断AV 85例,按用药不同分成复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片组45例和氧氟沙星阴道泡腾片组40例,对照比较两组的疗效。结果治疗7 d时,复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片组与氧氟沙星阴道泡腾片组治疗AV的总有效率分别为80.0%与75.3%(χ2=13.27,P<0.05);在白带增多、性交痛、外阴灼痛及外阴红肿等症状方面,复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片组比氧氟沙星阴道泡腾片组改善明显,两组治疗白带增多痊愈率分别为50.0%与15.0%(χ2=12.83,P<0.05),两组治疗性交痛痊愈率分别为68.6%与25.0%(χ2=15.41,P<0.05),两组治疗外阴灼痛症状痊愈率分别为57.5%与20.0%(χ2=14.60,P<0.05),两组治疗外阴红肿症状痊愈率分别为62.5%与15.8%(χ2=19.41,P<0.05)。结论用复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片治疗AV是一种疗效确切的方法。Objective To analyze clinical effect of compound chloramphenicol vaginal effervescent tablets and ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets for treatment of aerobic bacteria vaginitis （AV）. Methods According to AV stan- dard in diagnosis of AV 85 patients, according to the different drugs were divided into compound chloramphenicol vaginal effervescent tablets group in 45 cases, ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets group in 40 cases, compared the clinical effect of both. Results For 7 days, compound chloramphenicol vaginal effervescent tablets group and ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets group in the treatment of AV total effective rates were 80.15% and 75.32% （X2=13.27, P 〈 0.05）. The leueorrhea quantity, dyspareunia, vulvar pain and vulvar red symptoms of compound chloramphenicol vaginal effervescent tablets than that of ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets group improved significantly. Two groups of treatment leucorrhea quantity cure rate were 50.0% and 15.0% respectively （X2=12.83, P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of treatment dyspareunia cure rate were 68.6% and 25.0% respectively （X2=15.41, P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of treatment vulva burning pain symptoms cure rate were 57.5% and 20.0% respectively （X2=14.60, P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of treatment leucorrhea quantity cure rate were 62.5% and 15.8% respectively （X2=19.41, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chloram- phenicol vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of AV is a kind of effective method.
