两种换药方法对卧床患者臀裂处皮肤损伤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察水胶体敷料用于治疗卧床患者臀裂处皮肤损伤的效果。方法将70例臀裂处皮肤损伤患者分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组采用多爱肤水胶体敷料贴于患处;对照组采用传统油纱敷料外敷患处。观察对比两组患者的换药次数、臀裂处伤口的愈合时间、敷料及伤口被大小便污染的次数。结果观察组患者的换药次数、臀裂处伤口的愈合时间均优于对照组,敷料及伤口被大小便污染的次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料治疗臀裂处皮肤损伤效果确切,具有疗程短、有效避免大小便污染、减轻患者痛苦、减少护理工作量等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of treating skin injury of sacrococcygeal region by hydrocolloid dressing. Methods Seventy patients with skin injury of sacrococcygeal region were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group had 35 patients, and their affected part were covered with hydrocolloid~ dressing; 35 cases in con- trol group, and with the traditional oil gauze dressing.Two groups were observed and compared change dressing frequen- cy,healing time, and .the defecation pollution rate. Results Healing time was obviously shorter in the study group than that in control group.Healing rate and efficient, no defecation pollution number was obviously higher than that of the control group, and change the dressing frequency less than control group, the difference between two groups was statisti cally significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing treating hip crack place skin injury has well effect which is short course, relieving the patients from pain, reducing nursing workload.it is worthwhile applying in clinical treatment.
