评价舒适护理在肝动脉导管栓塞化疗术中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在肝动脉导管栓塞术(TACE)治疗肝癌患者中的应用价值。方法选取159例TACE术后患者分为对照组74例和观察组85例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施系统舒适护理。比较两组患者舒适度、满意度及术后不适反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的舒适度、满意度明显好于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组术后不适反应的发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论开展舒适护理可有效减少TACE患者术后不适反应的发生,提高患者对护理工作的满意度及舒适度。Objective To investigate the valuation of the comfort care in the transcatheter hepatic arterial chemo- em- bolization in the treatment the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Collected 159 cases with TACE, and divided into tow groups：the control group was 74 c.ases with the routine nursing,and the observation group was 85 cases with the comfort care, and compared to the two groups in the comfort, satisfaction and postoperative discomfort reaction. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the comfort and satisfaction significantly （P 〈 0.05）,meanwhile the observe group in the incidence of postoperative discomfort reaction than the control group significantly reduced（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comfort care can effectively reduce the postoperative discomfort re- action with TACE, and improve the satisfaction and comfort to nursing work..
