摘　　要：骶髂关节复合体是指位于骨盆环后部的骨-韧带复合结构,是躯干向下肢传导负荷的枢纽,损伤后治疗效果的好坏对骨盆功能的恢复有重要意义。高能损伤的骨盆骨折多合并SIJ骨折脱位,破坏骶髂复合体的完整性。近年来,针对骶髂关节复合体损伤治疗方法有很多,本研究对近年来SIC损伤的手术治疗方法进行了分析及总结,以期为临床治疗方法的选择提供依据,指导临床应用。Sacroiliac complex, which located in pelvic posterior bone, is the trunk transmission load of the hub.It has important significance on the recovery or pelvic function after injury. High-energy injury of pelvic fracture were More complicated SIJ fracture and dislocation,which can destroy the integrality of the sacroiliac complex. In recent years, thete were many sacroiliac complex injury treatment methods.This study analyzes and summarizes the operation treat- ment of SIC injury,in order to improve the basis choice of clinical treatment and guide the clinical application.
