摘　　要：目的探讨二维超声与彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在腹股沟阴囊急症中的应用价值。方法对78例腹股沟阴囊急症患者的二维超声和CDFI阴囊超声图像进行对比性分析。结果 78例腹股沟阴囊急症患者中,52例经非手术治疗及超声随访证实诊断,26例经手术及病理确诊。超声诊断的符合率为97.4%(76/78)。结论二维超声及CDFI能够对各类腹股沟阴囊急症做出诊断,并可制定治疗方案及评价腹股沟阴囊急症的预后,是腹股沟阴囊急症的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultra- sonography （CDFI） of acute scrotum. Methods The comparative analysis was made to 78 cases of acute inguinoscrotal patients with two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI scrotal ultrasound image. Results In 78 cases of acute inguino- scrotal patients, 52 patients were diagnosed by non operation treatment and follow-up sonography, 26 eases were diag- nosed by operation and pathology. The diagnostic ultrasound accuracy rate was 97.4% （76/78）. Conclusion Two-dimen- sional ultrasound and CDFI can be applied in the diagnosis of inguinoscrotal emergency and in the treatment plan and evaluate prognosis as well. It is the first choice examination of inguinoscrotal emergency
