基于120指挥平台中山市孕产妇院前急救及转运模式探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨基于120指挥平台中山市孕产妇院前急救及转运模式的可行性和效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2012年12月期间经120指挥平台中山市博爱医院转运收治的孕产妇600例院前急救措施及转运模式,并观察其实施效果。结果所有孕产妇均获得有效救治,未出现严重并发症,无死亡病例。所有孕产妇平安生产,成功率为100%。结论基于120指挥平台孕产妇院前急救及转运模式安全可行,能降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率。Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of maternal pre-hospital first aid and transport mode via the 120 command platform in Zhongshan. Methods We did a retrospective analysis of pre-hospital first-aid and transport mode of 600 cases of pregnant wowen transited and admitted via 120 command platform by Zhongshan Boai Hospital during January 2011 to December 2012, and observed the effect. Results All pregnant women have ac- cess to effective treatment, and no serious complications and no deaths with 100% successful rate of parturition. Conclusion Maternal pre-hospital first-aid and transport mode via the 120 command platform is feasible and safe, and it can reduce maternal and perinatal mortality.
