摘 要:目的研究乐胃饮颗粒的水提醇沉制备工艺。方法以尿囊素、陈皮苷含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,通过L9(34)正交实验设计优选水提工艺条件,并单因素考察醇沉质量分数,以确定乐胃饮颗粒的最佳制备工艺。结果水提工艺影响因素依次为:提取时间(C)>提取次数(D)>加水量(B)>浸泡时间(A),最佳水提工艺条件为A3B3C1D2,即处方药材加10倍量水、浸泡1.5h、提取2次、提取时间为1h。醇沉质量分数以75%为佳。结论该制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率高。Objective To study the preparation process of water extraction and ethanol precipitation of Leweiyin gran- ules. Methods Using the content of allantoin,hesperidin and extract yield as investigated indicators,the optimum ex- traction conditions of water extraction was studied with the orthogonal test of L_9 (3^4) and the concentration of ethanol precipitation by single factor. Results The influencing factors for water extraction were as follows: C〉D〉B〉AIA stands for soaking time, B for water volume, C for decoction time, D for decoction frequency).The optimizing preparation con- ditions were A3B3C1D2,That is, the herbs were added 10 times water,soaked for 1.5 hours,decocted for 2 times and 1 hour for each, and added 75%ethanol. Conclusion This optimum preparation process is rational and the extraction rate of active components is good.
