护理干预减轻急性心肌梗死患者静滴FDP局部疼痛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者静滴FDP局部疼痛采用不同的护理措施后的临床效果。方法本次的研究对象为2010年6月～2012年6月来我院进行治疗的急性心肌梗死患者225例,分为5组(n=45)。对照组给予常规护理措施;A组在对照组的基础上给予50%乙醇湿敷的护理措施;B组在对照组的基础上给予湿热敷的护理措施;C组在对照组的基础上给予局部皮肤按摩的护理措施;D组在对照组的基础上给予山莨菪碱液湿敷及局部皮肤按摩。结果 (1)干预后A、B、C、D各组与对照组比较明显好转,其中D组患者改善尤其明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,A、B、C、D组患者明显具有较低的评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与D组比较,B、C组疼痛评分明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙醇湿敷、湿热敷、局部皮肤按摩、山莨菪碱液湿敷及局部皮肤按摩等护理措施均能够显著地缓解AMI患者静滴FDP导致的局部疼痛,但是山莨菪碱液湿敷及局部皮肤按摩所收到的效果更为显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the acute myocardial infarction with intravenous drip of FDP local pain treated with different nursing measures. Methods All 225 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital, they were divided into 5 groups （n = 45）, the control group was given routine nursing measures; A group was given 50% alcohol wet dressing on the basis of control group; B group was given wet hot compress on the basis of control group, C group was given the local skin care massage on the basis of control group; group D was given anisodamine wet compress and local skin massage on the basis of control group. Results （1） A, B, C, D groups after the intervention improved significantly than control group, the patients in D group improved obviously, there were significant difference among all the groups （P 〈 0.05）. （2）The scores of A, B, C, D groups were obviously lower than that of the control group, there were significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, the score of B group, C group was significantly higher than that of D group, there were significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Alcohol wet packing, wet hot compress, local skin massage, anisodamine wet compress and local skin massage and nursing measures were able to AMI patients with local pain caused significant drops FDP remission, but anisodamine wet compress and local skin massage the effect is more significant.
