摘　　要：跨国公司大量涌入,对我国的种质资源和种业安全构成了威胁。在介绍我国种业发展现状的基础上,分析我国种业未来的发展方向,探讨应对跨国种子公司竞争的措施,为保障我国粮食安全提供借鉴。The influx of multinational corporations poses a threat to China＇s germplasm resources and industry security. Based on introducing the present situation of the development of seed industry in China, this article analyzes the future direction of development of seed industry in China and discusses corresponding measures against the competition of multinational seed companies so as to provide a reference for ensuring food security in china.
