门诊处方合理用药国际指标分析

摘　　要：目的对该院门诊处方用药情况进行国际指标调研分析,提高合理用药水平。方法采用合理用药国际指标,对该院2011年随机抽取的门诊处方进行调研、统计分析。结果共抽取门诊处方42978张,平均每张处方用药品种数为2.30种,抗菌药物使用率为32.33%,注射剂使用率为31.47%,药物通用名使用率为100.00%,抗菌药物的金额占处方总金额的百分率为21.30%。结论采用合理用药国际指标评价医院门诊用药,发现该院用药存在不合理,需进一步加强监督和管理。Objective To analyze the medication conditions of outpatient prescriptions by international rational drug use indicators to improve the level of rational drug use.Methods The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2011 were randomly selected for survey and statistical analysis by using the international indicators of rational drug use.Results A total of 42978 outpatient prescriptions were extracted.2.30 kinds of drugs in average were used in every outpatient prescription,32.33% of the prescriptions adopted antibacterials drug,31.47% adopted injection,100.00% used the common name of drug,and the sum of antibacterial drugs took up 21.30% of the total prescription amount.Conclusion The outpatient drug use in our hospital was unrational on the whole by using the international indicators of rational drug use, so further supervision and management on which is still needed.
