摘　　要：目的建立柴黄片设备清洁残留物黄芩苷的分析方法。方法 HPLC法测定柴黄片设备清洁残留物黄芩苷,采用C18柱,柱温:35℃,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果空白溶液无干扰,取样平均回收率>70%(RSD=4.62%),样品稳定。结论该方法可作为柴黄片设备清洁残留物黄芩苷的分析方法。Objective To establish the analysis method of cleaning residue baicalin on Chaihuang tab- let manufacturing equipment. Methods To measure the content of the cleaning residue baicaline on Chaihuang tablet manufacturing equipment via HPLC with the conditions： C18 column with the column temperature 35℃, the liquid phase methanol - 0. 1% phosphoric acid （45 ： 55 ）, flow rate 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength is 280 rim. Results No disturbance in the solution without sample. The average recovery rate is more than 70% （ RSD=4. 62% ） and the sample is stable. Conclusion This method can be used as the analysis method of measuring the cleaning residue baicalin on Chaihuang tablet manufacturing equipment.
