棉铃虫感染白僵菌后的组织病理变化

摘　　要：棉铃虫组织切片观察表明 ,白僵菌处理后 2 4小时 ,萌发的孢子附着棉铃虫体壁 ;36小时 ,孢子萌发的芽管侵入到外表皮。 3天后棉铃虫内表皮被分解 ,菌丝进入血腔 ,附着肠壁细胞。感病幼虫多数于第 5天死亡 ,白僵菌继续在死亡虫体内增殖。The results of histological section observations showed that germinating spore attached to the integument of cotton bollworm in 24 h The germ tube penetrated into exocuticle in 36 h In the third day of infection, the epicuticle of cotton bollworm were disintegrated, the hyphae entered into coelum and adhered to the cells of midgut Most of the larvae died at the fifth day, and Beauveria bassiana reproduced continually in the body of the cadaver
