摘 要:目的研究乌拉坦对实验大鼠血糖的影响,并通过检测胰岛素和肝脏代谢相关酶类的改变,探索其可能机制。方法将实验大鼠分为正常对照组和乌拉坦实验组,分别腹腔注射相同剂量的生理盐水或乌拉坦溶液1 g/kg,给药后120分钟检测实验大鼠的空腹血糖水平和胰岛素、乙酰胆碱酯酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶等酶类的浓度。结果空腹大鼠血糖、胰岛素水平及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的含量较对照组显著升高,血清乙酰胆碱酯酶水平及胰岛素敏感指数显著降低(P<0.05)。结论乌拉坦升高实验大鼠血糖的作用机制可能与肝功能损害及胰岛素敏感性下降有关。Objective To study the effect of urethane on fasting blood levels of glucose, and to explore its mechanism by the detection of insulin and changes of hepatic metabolic enzymes. Methods The rats were grouped into the urethane treated group and its control group, administered with uretbane (1000 mgokg^-1) or normal saline by intraperitoneal injection, respectively. 120 minutes later, the levels of fasting blood of glucose, insulin, acetylcholinesterase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase were examined. Insulin sensitivity index was calculated. Results Compared with the control group, urethane significantly increased the levels of blood glucose, insulin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and decreased the levels of acetyl cholinesterase and insulin sensitivity index( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The effect of urethane increasing the blood glucose in rats is possibly related to the damage of liver function and decreased insulin sensitivity.
