儿童尺桡骨骨折手法复位小夹板外固定术后的综合护理分析

摘　　要：目的观察手法复位后小夹板固定治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折的临床综合护理疗效。方法对32例尺桡骨双骨折儿童患者进行传统的手法整复、小夹板旋中位固定,观察并调整固定松紧度等护理,评价其临床疗效。结果结果随访6个月至1年,所有患者均获得良好的临床效果。结论综合护理对于儿童尺桡骨骨折小夹板外固定具有优良的特点,临床疗效肯定。Objective To observe the nursing effect of bone setting manipulation with splintage treatment on children ulna and radius fracture. Methods 32 children patients were treated by this bone setting manipulation with splintageand the clinical nursing effects were evaluated. Results All 32 patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year. According to therapeutic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine, 32 patients obtained excellent results. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing effect in bone setting manipulation with splintage possesses is very effective. It is suitable for the treatment of most children ulna and radius fracture.
