摘 要:介绍了目前电动汽车充放电技术的主要三种电能供给模式;交流充放电桩、直流充放电机和电动汽车充放电管理系统的主要作用与功能。重点分析了电动汽车充放电对电网负荷、电能质量、电网规划、配电网调度和继电保护、配电设备和电网交易等方面的影响。最后指出电动汽车的充电行为及其储能特性对未来电网运行的影响和作用将越来越大,研究大规模分布式的家庭充电的影响及电动汽车充放电控制策略将成为该领域的重点。The main three kinds of power supply modes for the technology of electric vehicle charging and discharging at present are introduced. The main roles and functions of AC charging and discharging pile, DC charging and discharging machine and the electric vehicles charging and discharging management system are also put forward. The effects of electric vehicle charge and discharge to the aspects as distribution network load, power quality, power grid planning, grid scheduling and relay protection, power distribution equipments and trading are demonstrated in detail. Finally it is pointed out that the influence and functions for the electric vehicle charging behavior and its energy storage characteristics to the power grid operation in the future will be more and more. The research on the effects of large-scale distributed family charging and electric vehicle charging and discharging control strategy will become the focus of the field.
