浙江雪胆水提物抗实验性胃溃疡的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究浙江雪胆水提物抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法:采用水浸拘束法致小鼠应激性胃溃疡模型,幽门结扎法致大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察浙江雪胆水提物抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。结果:浙江雪胆高剂量组小鼠应激性胃溃疡指数显著低于对照组(P值<0.05),浙江雪胆高剂量组大鼠幽门结扎胃溃疡指数显著低于对照组(P值<0.05)。结论:浙江雪胆水提物具有一定的预防和治疗胃溃疡的作用。Objective To study the effect of aqueous extract from Hemsleya zhejiangensis on experimental gastric ul- cer. Methods Acute gastric ulcer mouse models induced by water immersion stress and gastric ulcer rat models induced by pyloric ligation were used to observe the anti--gastric ulcer action of Hemsleya zhejiangensis. Results Compared with control group,the high dose group of Hemsleya zhejiangensis could decrease the ulcer index in mice with acute gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress（P〈0.05）. For the gastric ulcer rat models induced by pyloric ligation, the high dose group of Hemsleya zhejiangensis also could decrease the ulcer index（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The aqueous extract from Hemsleya zhejiangensis has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.
