摘　　要：护理质量的高低直接影响医疗质量和安全的水平,六西格玛管理作为一种顾客驱动下的持续改进模式,近些年在国内护理领域得到应用。该文立足于文献的回顾与分析,结合护理质量的特点,归纳六西格玛在护理领域中的实施特点,分析实际效益,总结成功的经验,旨在为六西格玛管理在护理领域中的进一步实践与理论研究提供参考意见。The quality of nursing affects the level of medical quality and safety directly. Six Sigma, as a kind of continuous improvement model which focuses on customers＇ satisfaction,is used in the domain of nursing recently. The article conducts a comprehensive literature review and analysis, summarizes the implementation characteristics of Six Sigma combined with nursing quality, analyzes practical outcomes and concludes successful experiences of Six Sigma relating to improve the level of nursing quality. It will provide valuable suggestions to accelerate further implementation of Six Sigma in nursing and theory research.
