中药姜黄化学成分、生物活性及体内代谢研究进展

摘　　要：姜黄是我国的传统中药,其主要化学成分倍半萜类化合物和姜黄素类化合物具有多种显著的生理活性,已经成为全世界天然药物研究的热点。本文对近年来关于姜黄化学成分、生物活性及体内代谢方面的国内外研究进行综述,并探讨中药姜黄在临床应用上的挑战与机遇,以期为中药姜黄治疗药物的开发与应用提供思路。Curcuma longa L. is a traditional Chinese medicine in China, it becomes the hotspot of natural product research due to its major chemical constitution such as sesquiterpenes and curcuminoids possess varieties of biological activities. In this review, the new research progress of Curcuma longa L. in chemical constitution, biological activity and in-vivo metabolism was summarized, the challenge and opportunity of clinical using was also investigated to provide new ideas for the development and application of Curcuma longa L.
