摘 要:目的为完善我国食品药品稽查人员培训机制提供参考。方法通过对稽查人员培训机制及管理模式进行调研,分析我国现阶段食品药品稽查人员培训中存在的问题。结果我国已初步建立食品药品稽查人员培训机制,但仍存在一些问题。结论应通过建立分级培训机制,创新培训模式,注重培训成果转化等措施,来完善我国食品药品稽查人员的培训机制。Objective To provide references to improve the training mechanism for the inspectors inspecting and auditing food and drug issues in China. Methods By investigating the training mechanism and the administration mode for the inspectors inspecting and auditing food and drug issues in China, the problems were analyzed that existed in the training of the inspectors inspecting and auditing food and drug issues. Results Although the initial training mechanism for the inspectors inspecting and auditing food and drug issues has set up, there are still some problems that must be stressed on. Conclusion The improvement of training mechanism can be achieved by setting training classification, innovating training ways, and ensuring training achievements, etc.
