临床药师参与治疗妊娠期支气管哮喘案例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期哮喘的合理用药,为临床治疗提供参考。方法通过对1例妊娠期重度哮喘病历分析,从药物选择、药物使用、撤药方法等方面论述了妊娠期哮喘的治疗方案。结果与结论临床药师应积极参与妊娠期重度哮喘的治疗,通过制定科学、合理的治疗方案,在积极治疗的前提下,最大限度地降低药物对胎儿的不利影响,促进临床合理用药。同时通过宣传相关知识,使患者接受并正确使用哮喘药物,可有效控制哮喘发作,从而减少对胎儿的影响。Objective To explore the rational medication of asthma during pregnancy and provide a reference for the clinical treatment. Methods Through the analysis of the calendar of a severe asthma patient with pregnancy, the therapeutic scheme was discussed from drug selection, drug use, withdrawal methods, ect. Resultsd and Conclusions Though the development of a scientific and reasonable treatment programs, under the premise of the active treatment, that clinical pharmacists were involved in the treatment practice, minimized the adverse effects of the drugs on the fetus, then promote the clinical rational medication. By promote knowledge, patients receiving the proper use of asthma medication, can effectively control asthma attacks, thereby reducing the impact on the fetus.
