兰州市城关区2～12岁儿童睡眠状况流行病学的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解甘肃省兰州市城关区2～12岁儿童睡眠状况及相关因素,为临床防治小儿睡眠障碍的发生提供参考。方法:2012年4～9月在兰州市城关区采用分层随机抽样方法抽取896名2～12岁儿童,对其家长进行儿童睡眠状况问卷调查。结果:兰州市城关区2～12岁儿童睡眠时间随着年龄增长逐渐缩短,睡眠障碍总发生率为33.10%,其中打呼噜5.17%,张口呼吸1.03%,入睡困难0.80%,寐卧多汗11.03%,翻滚不安3.10%,磨牙4.37%,梦呓3.56%,梦游0.34%,夜间啼哭0.92%,遗尿2.76%。结论:兰州市城关区2～12岁儿童睡眠障碍发生率较高,应引起儿科、儿保工作者及家长的重视。随着现代生活的改善,造成儿童睡眠障碍的相关因素有待于进一步研究。Objective：To investigate the sleep status among children aged 2 - 12 years in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, China and the influential factors, and to provide a reference for clinical prevention and treatment of sleep disorders in children. Methods ： A total of 896 children aged 2 - 12 years were selected from Chengguan District of Lanzhou by stratified random sampling from April to September in 2012; a questionnaire survey was conducted in their parents to acquire their sleep status. Results：The sleep time decreased as the age increased. The overall incidence rate of sleep disorders was 33.08% ;the sleep disorders included snoring （ 5.17% ）, mouth breathing （ 1.03% ）, difficulty falling asleep （ 0.80% ）, sleep hyperhidrosis （ 11.03 % ） , rolling and uneasiness （3.10% ） , odontoprisis （4.37 % ） , sleep talking （3.56%） , sleep walking （0. 34% ） , night cry- ing （0. 92% ）, and enuresis （2.76%）. Conclusion ： The incidence of sleep disorders among children aged 2 - 12 years in Chengguan District of Lanzhou is high,which should be brought to the attention of professionals in the department of pediatrics and child health care clinic as well as parents. Further study is needed to investigate the risk factors for sleep disorders in children with the improve- ment in living standards.
