单侧椎板切除减压治疗单侧腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧椎板切除减压治疗单侧腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症患者的护理要点。方法选取我院2008年4月—2011年8月采用单侧椎板切除减压术治疗单侧腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症的中度腿痛患者38例,总结护理经验。结果术前及术后良好的护理有利于患者的治疗和康复。结论单侧椎板切除减压治疗中度腿痛的单侧腰椎管侧隐窝狭窄症效果显著,利于早期功能锻炼和护理工作的进行,术前及术后的合理护理能有效减轻患者的痛苦,利于患者的康复。Objective Explore the unilateral laminectomy care treatment of patients with unilateral lumbar spinal later- al recess stenosis points. Methods In our hospital, 38 patients with unilateral lumbar spinal lateral recess stenosis complicating moderate leg pain who were treated by Unilateral laminectomy from April 2008 to August 2011 were analyzed, summary the nurs- ing experience. Results Preoperative and postoperative treatment and rehabilitation of the good land care beneficial to patients. Conclusion It is significant that unilateral lumbar spinal lateral recess stenosis complicating moderate leg pain is treated by uni- lateral laminectomy, which is benefit for early functional exercise and nursing care work, preoperative and postoperative reasona- ble care can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients, conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
