瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选择诊断明确的2型糖尿病患者58例,在糖尿病饮食、运动疗法等治疗基础上,给予瑞格列奈0.5～4.0mg于餐前15～30min口服治疗,每天3次,以12周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的变化。结果所有患者治疗后FBG、2hPG、HbA1C以及TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且未见严重药物不良反应发生。结论瑞格列奈用于2型糖尿病疗效显著,同时可改善患者的血脂情况,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the repaglinide in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 58 patients with a clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and administered repaglinide 0.5~4.0mg 15~30 minutes before meals,3 times a day on the basic of diabetic diet and adequate exercise.They were treated for 12 weeks as a course of treatment.Then observed the changes of fasting blood-glucose （FBG）,2h postprandial glucose （2hPG）,Glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1C ）,cholesterol （TC）,triacylglycero （TG）,low density lipoprotein （LDL-C） after treatment.Results The FBG,2hPG,HbA1C ,TC,TG,and LDL-C level of all the patients were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）.And no serious adverse drug reaction occured.Conclusion It is effective for repaglinide to control the blood glucose of the patients,which can improve blood lipid with few adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical application.
