2012年我院抗菌药物使用现状及合理应用管理研究

摘　　要：目的了解我院住院部抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法对我院住院部2012年抗菌药物的种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等数据进行统计、分析。结果我院在抗菌药物使用中占据主导地位的是头孢菌素类、青霉素类和喹诺酮类这三类药物;其中,头孢菌素类品种最多,消耗量最大,用药金额也相对较高,并且DDDs排序前20位的药品按类别分布来看,头孢菌素类仍然位居榜首。结论我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,头孢菌素类是目前使用最广泛的抗菌药物。Objective To understand our hospital department of the use of antibacterials,for clinical rational use of antibacterial agents to provide reference.Methods Analyze sales amount of antibacterial drug types,DDDs（DDDs） data of inpatient department in our hospital in 2012.Results My courtyard in antibacterial drug use is dominated by penicillins cephalosporins and quinolones,these three classes of drugs;wherein,cephalosporins varieties largest,the biggest wastage,amount of medication is relatively high,and the DDDs ranking the top 20 drugs according to the class distribution,cephalosporins remains at the top.Conclusion The use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital is basically rational,cephalosporins is currently the most widely used antibacterial drugs.
