舌下含化米索前列醇片联合宫颈注射缩宫素治疗中期妊娠引产产后出血的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察舌下含化米索前列醇片联合宫颈注射缩宫素治疗中期妊娠引产产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院治疗的中期妊娠引产产后出血患者46例,按照治疗方法不同分为两组:选用舌下含化米索前列醇片联合宫颈注射缩宫素治疗的治疗组26例;单纯宫颈注射缩宫素的对照组20例。术后统计中期引产后2h内出血量和24h内出血量,比较组间差异性。结果治疗组产后2h平均出血量(109.5±11.2)ml,产后24h内平均出血量(190.5±13.3)ml,缩宫强度为强,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌下含化米索前列醇片联合宫颈注射缩宫素治疗中期妊娠引产产后出血具有满意的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effects of sublingual misoprostol in tablet combined with cervical injection of oxytocin for induction of labor in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods To summarize the treated in our hospital of mid～trimester termination of pregnancy in patients with postpartum hemorrhage 46 cases,in accordance with the treatment methods are divided into two groups：selection of sublingual misoprostol in tablet combined with cervical injection of oxytocin for the treatment group 26 cases,simple cervical injection of oxytocin in 20 cases in the control group,postoperative statistics induction of labor at term within 2 hours after the bleeding amount and the amount of bleeding within 24 hours,the final statistics method to compare the difference between groups.Results The treatment group after 2 hours,the average amount of bleeding was（109.5 ± 11.2）ml,within 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage volume average of（190.5 ± 13.3）ml,uterine contraction intensity is strong,and the control group efficacy compared,difference has statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Sublingual misoprostol in tablet combined with cervical injection of oxytocin for induction of labor in the postpartum hemorrhage with satisfactory clinical curative effect.
