维生素AD滴剂治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察维生素AD滴剂治疗婴儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法将106例尿布皮炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例。治疗组采用维生素AD滴剂外涂治疗,对照组采用鞣酸软膏外涂治疗。观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为96.23%高于对照组的84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论维生素AD滴剂治疗婴儿尿布皮炎确有明显疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the effect of vitamin A and D drops in infants with diaper dermatitis. Methods 106 cases infants with diaper dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 53 cases. Treat- ment group was treated with vitamin A and 1） drops. Control group was treated by tannic acid ointment. After treatment com- pared the clinical effect and adverse reaction. Results The total efficiency of treatment group（96.23 % ） was higher than that of control group （84.91% ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no serious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Vitamin A and D drops in infant diaper dermatitis has significant effect, worthy of further clinical application.
