盆腔粘连的诊治及引发因素调查统计分析

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜手术在降低盆腔黏连及血清黏连相关指标中的效果。方法将2010年11月～2012年10月于本院进行盆腔手术的98例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,对照组采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,而观察组则以腹腔镜手术进行治疗,然后将两组患者的粘连面积、粘连程度进行比较,并将两组术前与术后第3、7天的血清促炎因子、粘连指标进行比较。结果观察组术后的粘连面积和粘连程度均明显优于对照组,术后第3、7天的血清促炎因子、粘连指标也均低于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术在降低盆腔粘连及血清粘连相关指标中的效果较佳,更有利于患者的康复。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic operation in decreasing the pelvic adhesions and serum adhe- sion related indexes. Methods Ninety-eight patients with pelvic operation in our hospital from November 2010 to Oc- tober 2012 were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group, the control group were operated with traditional open operation, the observation group were operated with laparoscopic operation, then the ad- hesion area and adhesion degree of two groups were compared, and the serum pro-inflammatory cytokines and adhe- sion related indexes of two groups before the suitS Thedhesion area and adhesion degree operation and at 3rd and 7th day after the operation were compared. Re- of observation group were both better than those of control group, erum pro-inflammatory cytokines and adhesion related indexes at 3rd and 7th day after the operation were all lower than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The laparo- scopic operation in decreasing the pelvic adhesions and serum adhesion related indexes is better, and it is more benefi- cial to the recovery of patio.
