宫颈注射缩宫素联合子宫按摩预防产后出血效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察宫颈注射缩宫素联合子宫按摩预防产后出血的效果。方法将256例正常孕产妇随机分为观察组126例和对照组130例。分娩后,对照组予常规方法预防出血,观察组在常规方法基础上宫颈注射缩宫素联合子宫按摩。观察2组产后出血发生率及出血量。结果观察组产后出血发生率低于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈注射缩宫素联合子宫按摩预防产后出血,可有效减少产后出血量并降低产后出血发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of oxytocin cervical injection combined with uterine massage in preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 256 cases normal pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group （ 126 cases） and control group（ 130 cases）. After delivery, control group were given routine method to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, and observation group, on basis of routine method, were given cervical injection oxytocin combined with uterine massage to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Observed the incidence rate and amount of postpartum hemorrhage. Results The post- partum hemorrhage incidence rate of observation group was lower than that of congtrol group, and postpartum hemorrhage amount of observation group was less than that of congtrol group, the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cervical injection oxytocin combined with uterine massage in preventing postpartum hemorrhage,can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage amount and lower the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage
