摘  要:在发动机台架上进行了柴油机的ESC循环测试,并利用废气分析仪对其主要的气体排放进行测量。对比了光管、单独使用POC、DOC+POC组合情况下发动机的气体排放特性,着重分析了POC在净化气体排放方面的效果和局限。试验结果表明,单独的POC以及DOC+POC组合,与光管时相比,都能显著降低CO、HC的排放,且DOC+POC组合的转化效率更高,但是,POC、DOC+POC对NOx排放几乎没有影响,NOx排放的总量基本不变。A bench test was conducted with European Steady-state Cycle (ESC)on a diesel engine and its maingas emissions were measured by emission analyzer. The gas emissions characteristics of the engine were compared among blank pipe, POC only and POC + DOC. The effects and limitation of POC on gas emission purification were analyzed. The test results show that both POC only and POC + DOC can significantly reduce the emissions of CO and HC compared with blank pipe. Furthermore, the transfer efficiency of DOC + POC is higher. However, POC only and the POC + DOC can hardly affect the NOx emissions, total quantity of which remains constant more or less.
