摘　　要：从战略的视角分析2012年1月生效的越南TBT／N／VNM／16《关于钢筋混凝土用钢材的国家技术标准》出台背景与目的和我国钢筋混凝土用钢GBl499国家强制性标准的差别，阐述钢铁标准战略在国家经济活动中的重要地位和作用。为我国钢铁生产企业产品出口采取积极应对措施提供参考并为国家标准的制（修）订提供借鉴。Analysis of entry into force in Januaxy 2012 the Vietnam TBT/N/VNM/16 ＂national technical standards of steel for the reinforcement of concrete ＂to the introduction of the background and purpose and difference of national compulsory standards of reinforcement of concrete steel GB1499 from a strategic perspective status. Expatiate on Status and role of steel standard strategy in the country＇s economic activity. To take active measures to provide a reference for China＇s steel production enterprises products export and to provide reference for the national standards setting and revision.
