摘  要:为了了解岳阳市城乡中学生健康危险行为发生对比情况,制定相应的中学生健康政策,为岳阳市城乡中学采取干预措施提供科学依据。采用分层整群抽样方法分别抽取岳阳市5所中学31个班级约1860名学生进行无名问卷调查。危害中学生健康的危险行为主要为伤害、吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾、不良膳食行为、缺乏体育锻炼。结果显示:岳阳市中学生健康危险行为城市和农村在不良饮食行为(X2=34.21);意外伤害行为(交通违规行为X2=8.85、不安全游泳行为X2=6.64);物质成瘾行为(吸烟、饮酒X2=16.74);精神成瘾行为(X2=31.43)均存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应针对城乡不同人文环境,提出相应的干预措施,促进城乡中学生的身心健康。Objective: To understand the urban and rural middle school students with health risk behaviors happen contrast conditions, formulate corresponding middle school students health policy for urban and rural middle school in Yueyang taking intervention measures to provide scientific basis. Methods: Based on the stratified cluster sampling method were selected with 5 middle schools and a class of about 1860 students anonymous questionnaire survey. Harm the health of the middle school students risk behavior mainly for the damage, smoking, drinking alcohol, Internet addiction, bad dietary behavior, lack of physical exercise. Results: with health risk behaviors among middle school students in urban and rural poor eating behavior (X2 = 34.21) ; Accident harm behavior ( traffic violations X2 = 8.85, uncle swimming behavior X2 = 6.64 ) ; The mechanism of substance addiction behavior (smoking, drinking alcohol X2 = 16.74) ; Spiritual addiction bebavior (X2 = 31.43) there were significant differences, there is statistical significance ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: It should focus on urban and rural different humanistic environment, puts forward the corresponding intervention measures to promote the physical and mental health of urban and rural middle school students.
