摘 要:利用脉冲激光法研究了在(100)SrTiO3(STO)、(100)LaAlO3(LAO)和(100)YZrO2(YSZ)衬底上外延生长La2CuO4(LCO),La1.85Sr0.15CuO4(LSCO),Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4(NCCO)和Pr2CuO4(PCO)薄膜的工艺技术.利用X光衍射仪检测了不同条件下制备的薄膜样品结构和取向.X射线衍射结果表明,在合适的制膜条件下可以在这三种衬底上生长出具有单一取向的c轴外延单晶薄膜.LSCO外延薄膜在平面内与衬底的取向关系分别为LSCO[100]∥STO[100]、LSCO[100]∥LAO[100]和LSCO[100]∥YSZ[110].在LSCO外延薄膜上可以生长外延的YBa2Cu3O7(YBCO)超导薄膜,薄膜取向为c轴垂直于膜面和YBCO[100]∥LSCO[100].采用制备外延LSCO薄膜的类似条件,可以在STO和LAO衬底上生长出了LCO、PCO和NCCO外延薄膜.这些外延薄膜与衬底的取向关系与外延LSCO薄膜类似.Using pulsed laser deposition technique, the epitaxial growth of La\-2CuO\-4(LCO), La\-\{1.85\}Sr\-\{0.15\}CuO\-4(LSCO), Nd\-\{1.85\}Ce\-\{0.15\}CuO\-4(NCCO) and Pr\-2CuO\-4(PCO) thin films has been achieved on (100)SrTiO\-3(STO), (100)LaAlO\-3(LAO) and (100)Y ZrO\-2(YSZ) substrates. X ray diffraction results indicate that in suitable deposition conditions the thin films have single crystalline structure with c axis perpendicular to the substrate surfaces. The epitaxial relationships for LSCO thin films between the films and the substrates are LSCO[100]∥STO[100], LSCO[100]∥LAO[100] and LSCO[100]∥YSZ[110]. In epitaxial LSCO films, the c axis epitaxial growth of superconducting YBa\-2Cu\-3O\-7(YBCO) thin films with YBCO[100]∥LSCO[100] has be achieved. Using similar deposition conditions as that for fabrication of LSCO thin films the c axis epitaxial growth of LCO, PCO and NCCO thin films has been achieved on STO and LAO substrates. The epitaxial relationships between the LCO, PCO, NCCO thin films and substrates is similar to that observed in epitaxial LSCO films.
