摘　　要：用自助熔剂法制备了Bi2Sr2Ca(Cu1-xMnx)2Oy(x=0.01,0.02,0.05,0.08,0.10)单晶.单晶的c轴长度随Mn含量的增加而减小.RT曲线测量表明,零电阻温度Tc随x的增大而逐渐下降.对Mn掺杂量较高的一些单晶,发现其RT曲线在105K左右有一陡降。Bi 2Sr 2Ca(Cu 1- x Mn x ) 2O y ( x = 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.08, 0.10) single crystals were grown by self flux method. X ray diffraction analysis showed that the c axis length increases with the Mn content. The measurements of R T curve showed that zero resistance temperature T c lowered with increase of x . For some high doping crystals, there is a step decrease in the R T curve at temperature about 105K, which means there might be some micro content of Bi2223 phase in these crystals.
